My husband purchased a beautiful necklace set from JAX Jewelers, but the clap was so small I couldn't open or close it. I brought it in to JAX, and explained the problem I was having and Mr. Wilson found and ordered a magnetic clasp for it. The entire process took less than a week and he did a beautiful job, thank you Jack.

They did an excellent job replacing the diamond on my wife's wedding ring, secured the remaining diamonds and refurbished it. She is beyond amazed and said it looks like they day we were married nearly 25 years ago. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be back.

I went to his jewelry store and right off the bat. It looked very sharp clean. He was there didn’t take long to get to us and I was very helpful. I like to deal with smart people and I would definitely tell you he’s smart. You can’t go wrong shopping for jewelry there

I noticed some prongs in my diamond setting were very worn and Jack was able to build them up . He was very professional and my ring was done sooner than he had promised. He also replaced a watch battery while I was there to pick up my ring. Good service.

Brought two of my rings in for repair, and the finished results exceeded my expectations! My wedding set had lost a small diamond in the prong and needed a crack under the setting repaired, as well as needing to be re-plated and re-soldered. The other ring needed to have the shank repaired (it was cracked in half). Both rings were done in less than two weeks and look brand new again! I'm extremely happy with the quality of the repair and how much better my rings look. I am definitely going to use Jax Jewelers for all of my jewelry repairs in the future, and I highly recommend Mr. Jack Wilson to anyone looking for an experienced jeweler that actually cares.

My wife recently lost a charm from a bracelet so we decided to have the replacement and others permanently attached. We were not a jeweler’s dream customer but Jack treated us as though we were. Service was friendly, the work was completed as promised, and reasonably priced. As she gets more charms, we will see Jack again.

I brought my ring in to Jax 2 months ago to get it cut off due to swelling and this being our first summer in Arizona. I brought it in a week ago to get them resized and fixed. I’ve never dealt with swelling in my fingers like this so he helped me find the right size to account for the swelling. He had them done in a week and the shiniest I have seen them since we bought them 2 years ago! I highly recommend Jax. Jack was very kind and detail oriented. Couldn’t be happier with our experience!
